DO YOU OFFER VIDEO CONSULTATIONS?
We offer on site consultations for all services including openings, closings, cleanings, restorations, plus many more. However we understand that in some circumstances we need a little help from modern technology. In these cases we gladly accommodate telephone or video consultations. However we recommend a personal visit from out owner Anthony Colosi. He will remind you that you are not a just customer, you're family.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept many forms of payment including cash, check, credit card, and venmo, we'll even take Doge Coin if you have it.(just joking, please don't send crypto)
DO YOU CHARGE BY THE HOUR?
With the many different services we provide it really depend on what is being done. Most services are flat rate or package plans that are personally choses by our customers. however on service calls out of the normal maintenance will be a parts and labor type billing disclosed at service estimate done by one of our team members.
